The Urban Information Center comprises books, periodicals and services that take the City itself as their organizing principle. Our collections include books and periodicals about city planning, civil service test preparation, crime scene forensics, criminology and corrections, demographics, fire fighting and police, homelessness, parks and landscape architecture, public administration, smart growth, urban sociology, community gardens and more. We also created and maintain the library's Community Information Database.
